  1. To follow this guide, please check your battery status. At least has 75% of battery capacity.
  2. Once again we recommend to backup your data or everything stored at phone internal memory.
  3. If your Samsung Galaxy Note Edge active, you must turn it off.
  4. Once your Samsung Galaxy Note Edge completely power off, Now turn on your Samsung Galaxy Note Edge again by press and hold 3 button simultaneously. These buttons are;
    • Volume Up button + Home Button + Power Button.

    • Now, release all button when your device show Samsung Galaxy Note Edge logo on screen.

    • Now wait a minute, your Samsung Galaxy Note Edge will enter Android System recovery mode
    • Once Android System Recovery appear on your Samsung Galaxy Note Edge screen, you can select menu by highlight it. 
    • To navigate on this menu, you can use Volume Up and Volume down. Then confirm with power button.
    • Now, highlight wipe data / factory reset to select it. and press Power button to confirm.
    • Then select yes -- delete all user data to proceed hard reset on the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge.
    • Now, you can wait the hard reset process.
    • Once it done, you can highlight reboot system now,  to reboot your Samsung Galaxy Note Edge.
